1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using the Dhrisha mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

2. Account Registration

To use Dhrisha, you must register for an account by providing your phone number, a valid access code, your full name, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.

3. Contact Data and Permissions

Dhrisha is designed to manage contact lists, reminder schedules, and template messages. The application offers a selective contact import flow from your mobile device.

• You grant the app permission to access your device address book only after you approve it.
• You choose which contacts to import. No background sweep of your entire address book is performed automatically.
• You are responsible for having the consent and authority needed to upload and store contact data you manage in the Service.

4. Scheduled Messages and Platform Limits

Dhrisha allows you to compose and schedule messages to be sent to your contacts at designated times. The execution path depends on your device platform.

• Android: The app can use reminder and composer flows based on your configuration and device support.
• iOS: Silent background SMS dispatch is not supported. The app uses manual fallback flows through standard system messaging surfaces.

You agree not to use the Service for unsolicited promotional messages, spam, harassment, or content that violates applicable communications laws.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Dhrisha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact reminder timing, or error-free operation on every device.

6. Account Suspension, Archive, and Termination

We may suspend, archive, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, local laws, or the safety of other users. If you use the in-app delete account option, the current app flow archives your account and disables access while preserving records associated with the account.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
