Privacy Policy

Learn how Dhrisha collects, processes, retains, archives, and deletes your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register and interact with the Dhrisha application. This includes profile information such as your phone number, full name, password hash, and invite code usage, as well as the contact and reminder data you explicitly choose to manage.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to create and authenticate your account, manage contacts and categories, schedule reminders and messages, support workspace administration, and generate operational history and reporting views.

3. Storage and Security

Account, contact, and messaging data is stored in Supabase-backed PostgreSQL systems and protected by application-level access controls. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information or contact database. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users, or support your organization’s authorized administration workflows.

5. Device Permissions

Permission Purpose
Contacts Used to display and selectively import device contacts that you choose to manage in Dhrisha.
Notifications Used to deliver alerts and reminder flows related to scheduled activity.

6. Data Retention, Archive, and Deletion Requests

The current in-app delete account option archives the account instead of immediately erasing all data. Archive disables account access and preserves records while a deletion request is being handled or where retention is required for legitimate reasons.

Data that may be retained after archive includes your profile identifier, organization membership, imported contacts, categories, scheduled messages, reminders, message history, session records, and audit metadata.

We retain that data for the following reasons: security review, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute handling, operational audit trails, restoration requests initiated by authorized workspace administrators, and legal or regulatory compliance where applicable.

If you want to request permanent deletion, use the external deletion request page at https://dhrisha.vercel.app/account-deletion. That page is intended to be the public deletion-request URL referenced in Google Play Console.

7. Contact Us

If you have questions, privacy concerns, or deletion requests, contact us at legal@dhrisha.app.
